Copper bar is a high current conductive product, which is suitable for high and low voltage electrical appliances, switch contacts, distribution equipment, bus duct and other electrical engineering
Copper bar is a kind of high current conductive product, which is suitable for high and low voltage electrical appliances, switch contacts, distribution equipment, bus duct and other electrical engineering. It is also widely used in metal smelting, electrochemical electroplating, chemical caustic soda and other super current electrolytic smelting projects. Electrical copper bar has the advantages of low resistivity and large bending.
Copper bar, also known as copper bus bar, copper bus bar or copper bus bar and grounding copper bar, is a long conductor made of copper material with rectangular section or chamfered (rounded corner) rectangle. It is called aluminum bar made of aluminum material. It plays the role of conveying current and connecting electrical equipment in the circuit. The quality requirements of copper bus are in accordance with GB / T 5585.1-2005.
application
Because the conductivity of copper is better than aluminum, copper bar has been widely used in electrical equipment, especially in complete sets of power distribution equipment. Generally, copper bars are used in a, B, C, n-phase bus bars and PE bus bars in power distribution cabinets. In use, copper bars are generally marked with phase color letters or painted with phase color paint. Phase a copper bars are marked with "yellow" color, B-phase is "green" color, c-phase is "red" color, and n-phase is "Light blue" color, PE bus for "yellow green" double color.
Copper bar
Copper bar is mainly used in primary circuit (phase line, zero line and ground wire of large current will be used). Copper bar is used for connection of primary components with large current on electric cabinet. For example, a row of electrical cabinet is connected with main bus bar between cabinets, and branch bus bar is divided into branch bus bar on switch electrical (isolating switch, circuit breaker, etc.) of each electrical cabinet. The copper bar has tinned or bare copper bar. The connection of copper bar in the electric cabinet should be tinned and embossed or added with conductive paste. The spare parts are protected by heat shrinkable sleeve, and some are insulated with paint. The main consideration of using copper bar is the current carrying capacity. Select the appropriate copper bar according to the current size. The screws at the connection must be tightened, otherwise the possibility of burning and melting the copper bar will occur when the current is high.
