Condensate oil is being exported from deep-sea No. 1 gas field. The first 1,500 M ultra-deep water gas field developed and built independently in China, “Deep-sea No. 1”, produces 10 million m 3 of natural gas per day, reaches the designed peak output ahead of time, and has the capacity of producing 3 billion M 3/a of gas.
The “DEEP-SEA NO. 1”gas field is the deepest in average water depth and the most difficult in exploration and development in China. Since its commissioning in June last year, the gas field has completed equipment commissioning and process optimization, and has entered its best state since its commissioning. After the natural gas produced is landed at the Hong Kong terminal, the Gaolan (Guangdong) terminal and the Nanshan (Fujian) terminal respectively, access to the national gas supply system.
Offshore Oil and gas exploration and exploitation, transportation equipment is a huge and complex system, which is composed of many mechanical, electrical and control parts and system components, but they all have to withstand the harshness of the ocean atmosphere. Therefore, their structural components must be made of materials that can work in such a harsh environment for long periods of time. In the existing industrial structural materials, aluminum alloy is the best material for manufacturing structure, no matter what aluminum alloy materials, whether cast or processed, are the most perfect combination of mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, price, etc. , of course, there are some steel in this performance is good, but the density of steel, in the same performance conditions, the quality of steel workpiece is much greater than aluminum alloy.
Although all aluminum alloys are rare materials for the construction of offshore oil and gas fields and shore facilities, it is preferable to use 5 series wrought aluminum alloys and Zl3xx series cast aluminum alloys, which are the best of the marine structural aluminum alloys. 5083 type alloy and 5056 type alloy can be selected for wrought aluminum alloy. The composition (mass%) of 5083 alloy is 0.40 Si, 0.40 Fe, 0.10 Cu, 0.40-1.0 Mn, 4.0-4.9 MG, 0.0-0.25 CR, 0.25 Zn, 0.15 Ti. The other impurities are single 0.05, total 0.15 and the residual is Al.. Alloy 5083 was invented by the Alcoa and was registered in 1954 by the American Aluminum Association (AA) . It has now formed into a family of eight members: 5083,5183,5183A, 5283,5283A, 5283B, 5383,5483. The 5056 alloy, also developed by the Alcoa, was formed in 1936 and registered with the American Aluminum Association in 1954. The family of 5056,5356,5356A, 5456,5456A, 5456B, 5556,5556A, 5556B, 5556C. 5083,5056 alloy has good processing performance, formability and welding performance, can be processed into a variety of semi-finished products.
